The team at NJ Doors and Closets were simply amazing. No high pressure sales. Superior quality of products. Everything feel so rich; nice weight to the doors, hardware is really well built, and paint is perfect. The install was truly done in 1 day. There was no mess. No run around with delays in the process, they started the job and finished just as they said they would. We had 15 doors installed and 2 closets organizers. It really was one of my favorites things we've done to the house so far. It updated the look so much more than we even expected.

We ordered 17 doors, 4 of which were custom, and despite some production challenges, which were beyond the control of Paul and the team at NJ Doors and Closets, they did a great job communicating and keeping me upraised of the status. The two installers were amazing and quick. They installed all the doors in a few hours, were clean and professional. The doors are beautiful and fit perfectly. With the change in seasons and the humidity, a couple of our doors were rubbing a bit, but the team was super responsive and came right out to make minor non-invasive adjustments to correct the issue. I used One Day door to replace all the doors in my house and I must say they were amazing. They were so professional and wonderful to work with. Not one speck of dust was left in my house. My wife and I wanted to upgrade all of the 1st-floor doors. So I saw Paul's trucks in the neighborhood.  So we decided to call and set up an appointment.  Paul's staff is great in the office. Returned our calls in a timely fashion and kept us in the loop with everything.  So Paul's showroom is huge and very clean with a lot of options to choose from. After selecting our style door and hardware. Paul came over fast to measure everything. Once the doors were in . Paul's staff  contacted us right away to set up an apt to install the doors. I was in need of an upgrade so I ordered new laundry closet doors in march, and then the shutdown happened so I had to wait 3 months but this week they were finally installed and I am very happy. The quality of the doors and the new track appears to be excellent.

Just wanted to send a quick note about NJ Door and Closets we had our closets installed today. The two guys that did the install (I apologize I never got their names) did an outstanding professional job. They worked very clean protecting everything with drop cloths and vacuumed all areas when done. We are very happy with the results. She also went out of her way to help me find other products-not manufactured by her company- to aid in the functionality of the space. I was given a 6 week install timeline-but was so pleasantly surprised when I got a call 3 weeks after placing the order that they were ready for the install. Lisa is very knowledgeable and helpful, and not at all a pushy salesperson. The owner came to our home and did laser measurements to ensure each door fit perfectly. Wait time was short, and installation was quick and clean. I highly recommend NJ Doors and Closets. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

If you are looking to change the look of your home, consider just swapping out the doors!  And NJ Doors & Closets are the company to go with.  About a year ago, pre covid, we set up to swap out 27 doors!  The owner Paul, and his staff were great and very professional, and neat, about taking the measurements for all the doors.  The order and install got delayed because of covid and slowed shipments, but when the doors did finally arrive, the swap out was so efficient!  And the doors looked amazing.  We did discover that there were small issues with two doors --one of which was a custom cut.  No problem!  Paul and his team rectified the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.  We could not be happier with the result and the service.  We highly recommend their business.  Thanks!

All I can say is oh my gosh! Did I underestimate this company? Yes I did! After I finished consultation and then signed with them, I was comfortable that the doors would turn out ok because of the laser measuring(goof free) process that was explained to me.  I was blown away with the perfection that followed. The whole project turned out amazing and went smoothly. The guys that they sent out  (Nester and Jose) arrived on time, and were super respectful and polite. They wore booties (Foot covering) before stepping into my home, put down covers on the floor where they worked and wore their mask throughout the install. They worked diligently until they were finished and then cleaned up the area they worked. They asked me to check it out and let them know how I felt and if there were additional adjustments that I might like done to them. The doors were perfect and they closed softly without much effort. They were beautiful and solid and the handles (I chose black levers and knobs for the closets) were sturdy and great quality. My whole house looks like I just bought a brand new home or did a major renovation. I am so very happy and really wish that I could give more than five stars. If you are ever considering getting new doors, do not delay to go to theses guys. from consult to finish, it was a dream and the price was very reasonable too.
